Sites I've built, and what happened next.
Across the ten web development pages ranking in Coimbatore, not one publishes a business result from a build. Portfolio screenshots, client logos, and nothing attached. Here's what changed after mine went live.
Arasu Dental Care

An older site with thin service detail and no clear path to an appointment. Strong offline referrals, almost no online leads.
Rebuilt with one page per treatment — implants, aligners, RCT, smile design — each following the same decision path: overview, benefits, process, FAQs, cost guidance. Conversion blocks throughout: click-to-call, WhatsApp, appointment CTAs, sticky mobile actions. Doctor profiles and clinic trust signals for E-E-A-T.
Eden Garden & Kitchen

Heavy checkout drop-off, a slow payment flow, order-status calls swamping the team, and COD returns eating the margin.
Razorpay Magic Checkout, WhatsApp API automation for order confirmation and self-serve tracking, delivery-partner integration, prepaid-first offers, and AI call confirmation on COD orders to cut unreachable deliveries.

New to market with a basic site that wasn't built to convert anything it received.
Rebuilt for conversion — simpler navigation, a clearer service flow, proper mobile responsiveness, testimonials, offers and transparent pricing so people could decide without calling first.
A spoken-English training brand headquartered in Coimbatore came to me with 6,000 monthly sessions and a site converting at 2.8%. After a full mobile-first rebuild and 50+ local landing pages: 21,400 monthly sessions and an 8.4% conversion rate. Traffic tripled; the rate it converted at tripled alongside it. (Client anonymised at their request.)
These are builds I led through Search Engineers, the agency I founded — measured in Google Analytics, Search Console and the client's own order data. See all nine case studies →
Results are specific to those businesses and their markets, not a forecast for yours.
Websites I've built.
Every one of these is a live site I built and, in most cases, still rank and advertise.
What a website costs with me.
Every web development page ranking in Coimbatore refuses to tell you what a site costs. The figures only exist on separate "cost" pages built to catch price searches, or buried inside collapsed FAQs — one competitor has an FAQ literally titled "how much does a web designer in Coimbatore cost?" whose answer is blank.
Here's the honest market picture, then mine.
₹10,000–₹15,000 buys a template build with locked hosting. ₹20,000–₹50,000 is the realistic band for a proper business website — corroborated four ways across published Coimbatore pricing. E-commerce runs ₹35,000–₹80,000, with ₹49,000 the most concrete published figure. Above ₹1,00,000 you're in custom platform territory.

Built for speed — and here's the actual score.
Three competitors mention Core Web Vitals. One states a target. One promises "load times under 1 second, perfect core web vitals" with nothing behind it. Not one publishes a real score for a real site.
Live PageSpeed Insights result for a named client site, dated, showing the actual LCP, INP and CLS values.
Google's published thresholds are what I build to, measured at the 75th percentile of real page loads. Not a promise — a public standard you can check yourself the day the site goes live, and any day after.
Speed isn't cosmetic here. Roughly two-thirds of Indian web traffic is mobile, and in a Google/Deloitte study across 37 brands and 30 million sessions, tightening mobile speed metrics by a tenth of a second across the whole journey lifted progression to the form-submission page by 21.6%.
SEO-ready from the first line.
Every competitor claims this, so I'll be specific about what it means rather than repeating the phrase.
- Clean heading hierarchy — one H1, properly nested H2s and H3s.
- Schema markup for your business type.
- Compressed, correctly sized images.
- Crawlable URLs and a real internal linking structure.
- Search Console and GA4 connected and verified before launch, not six months later when someone finally asks where the traffic went.
On a redesign: full 301 mapping, old URL by old URL, so the rankings you've already paid for survive the move. This is the single most common way a redesign destroys a business, and it is entirely avoidable.
The reason I do this properly is self-interested — I'm usually the one who has to rank the site afterwards.
You own the code, the domain and the hosting.
One competitor in this market states that you own your source code. Not one says who owns the domain name or the hosting account. One publishes a structure where the SSL is free "if server with us" and renewal runs ₹7,500 a year on their cPanel account — lock-in presented as a feature.
Here's mine, in plain terms.
Not mine, not my agency's. You hold the registrar login.
I'll recommend one and set it up, but the account and the billing are in your name.
No licensing, no lock-in, nothing that stops another developer working on it.
On handover you get registrar, hosting, CMS admin, database, Search Console, Analytics, and any third-party services.
No hostage situation, no "we'll release it once the invoice clears," no discovering two years later that your domain renews to somebody else's email.
What I need from you
Your logo and brand assets. Content and photography, or a decision to have them written and shot. Access to your existing site, domain and hosting if you have them. About two hours across the project for feedback at the design and pre-launch stages.
If content is the blocker — it usually is — say so at the start and we'll plan around it rather than let it stall the build in week three.
How the project runs, week by week.
Nine of ten competitors have a process block. All are verbs with no dates and no deliverables. Here's what happens each week, and what you receive at the end of it.
Scope and structure
What the site has to do, who it's for, and what a visitor should do on it. Sitemap, page-by-page content plan, and the enquiry paths agreed before any design happens.
- A written scope
- A sitemap
- A fixed quote
Design
Key page designs — home, a service page, and any template that repeats. Two rounds of revisions at this stage, because changing a design is cheap and changing a built page isn't.
- Designs to sign off
Build
Development, content placement, mobile testing across real devices, speed optimisation, schema, and tracking setup.
- A staging link to review the whole site before anything goes live
Launch
Cross-browser and device testing, 301 mapping if it's a redesign, Search Console and Analytics verified, and a credentials handover document.
- A live site
- Every login
- A short walkthrough of how to update it yourself
Support
90 days of free support covering bugs, breakages and anything that doesn't work as scoped. Content changes and new features are quoted separately — I'll tell you which is which honestly rather than billing for a fix.

What I build.
Business and corporate websites
Service pages that explain what you do well enough that someone can decide, trust signals that answer the question they're actually asking, and conversion paths on every page. Built on WordPress with Elementor so your team can update it without calling me.
E-commerce stores
Product and category structure that search engines can read, product schema, payment gateway integration, and checkout work aimed at the drop-off points that cost real money — see Eden Garden above.
Website redesign — without losing your rankings
If your site is dated, slow, or converting nothing, a rebuild is usually cheaper than continuing to send traffic to it. The critical part is the migration: full 301 mapping, URL by URL, so the search equity you've built moves with you. A redesign that drops your rankings has cost you more than it saved, however good it looks.
Landing pages and campaign sites
Single pages built for one campaign and wired to conversion tracking from the start. Usually for Google Ads — a good landing page is the cheapest way to lower a cost per lead.
Fixing what someone else built
Migration, speed work, broken plugins, hacked sites, hosting problems, and sites where the person who built it has stopped answering. I take these on. Often the honest answer is that repair beats rebuild, and I'll tell you when that's the case.
Coimbatore businesses I build for.
I work across the city — RS Puram, Gandhipuram, Peelamedu, Saibaba Colony, Saravanampatti, Race Course, Singanallur, Avinashi Road, Ganapathy — and the industries here don't sell the same way.
A pump manufacturer's site has to survive a technical buyer comparing specifications. A dental clinic's site has to get someone to book on a phone at 11pm. A textile exporter's site is read by someone in another country deciding whether you're real.

Frequently asked questions.
Cost, timelines, ownership, redesign risk — answered in writing rather than behind a call.
Still unsure? Send me your site →How much does a website cost in Coimbatore?
Realistically ₹20,000–₹50,000 for a proper business site, ₹35,000–₹80,000 for e-commerce. Mine start at ₹20,000 and ₹40,000. Under about ₹15,000 you're buying a template on someone else's hosting — which works until you want to change anything or move.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks for a business site, five to seven for e-commerce, three to four for a redesign — from the point content is ready. Content is the usual delay, not development.
Do I own the website?
Completely. Code, design files, domain, hosting, every credential, handed over in writing at launch. The domain is registered in your name on your card from day one.
Who holds the domain and hosting?
You do. I'll recommend and set them up, but the accounts and the billing are in your name. If a provider registers your domain under their own account, ask why.
Will a redesign lose my Google rankings?
Not if the migration is done properly. Every old URL gets mapped to its new equivalent with a 301 redirect, and I check the mapping in Search Console after launch. A redesign that tanks your rankings has cost you far more than it saved.
Will it be mobile-friendly and fast?
Yes, and you can verify it rather than take my word for it — run PageSpeed Insights on the live site the day it launches. I build to Google's published thresholds: LCP within 2.5 seconds, INP 200ms or less, CLS 0.1 or less.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. WordPress with Elementor for most builds, and a walkthrough at handover covering the things you'll actually want to change — text, images, adding a page. If you'd rather not, maintenance is available separately.
What do you need from me?
Logo and brand assets, content and photos, access to any existing site and domain, and about two hours of your time across the project. If content is your blocker, say so upfront and we'll plan around it.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
90 days of free support for bugs and anything not working as scoped, plus up to 6 months of free ongoing maintenance after launch. After that you can keep me on or hand it to anyone — you own everything, so nobody is locked in.
Do you write the content?
It's quoted separately. I'll write the structure and the conversion copy either way, because that's part of the build. Full content writing and photography are additional.
Can you fix a site someone else built?
Yes — migration, speed, broken plugins, hacked sites, hosting problems, or a site whose developer stopped replying. Sometimes repair beats rebuild and I'll say so.
Do you also do the SEO and the ads?
Yes, and it's the reason the builds work. Most sites I build I also rank and advertise, which means I find out whether what I built actually produces enquiries. Most people who build websites never find out.
Do you work with businesses outside Coimbatore?
Yes — across Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Bengaluru and internationally. Coimbatore is where I'm based and where I can meet you.
Tell me what's not working.
Send me your current site, or a description of what you need. I'll come back with what I'd build, what it costs, and how long it takes — and if your existing site can be fixed rather than replaced, I'll say that instead. It's the cheaper answer more often than people expect.
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Same-day reply on weekdays. Happy to meet in person.
